Adopting integral bevel gear transmission and curved air duct structure, the machine delivers stable and efficient transmission with low system energy consumption, effectively cutting operating costs.
Equipped with high-efficiency cage powder separator featuring high classification precision, it thoroughly avoids coarse powder leakage and ensures uniform and stable particle size distribution of finished powder.
Adopted thin oil lubrication system to extend service life of key components and guarantee continuous production.
The whole system operates under negative pressure to minimize dust leakage. A professional dust collector is equipped to maintain low dust emission concentration.
