Qualified materials are fed steadily into the grinding chamber by a variable-frequency belt feeder. Inside the chamber, materials are ground by the mill.
The ground powder is carried by airflow to the classifier. Unqualified coarse particles drop back for regrinding, while qualified fine powder flows into the cyclone collector for separation and collection, then discharged as finished products.
Air circulates back to the fan via the return pipe to form a closed loop. The whole system runs under negative pressure and is fitted with a pulse dust collector, fully meeting environmental emission standards.
