Fewer transmission chains and more precise transmission ratios.

The main engine system and grinding rollers are all lubricated with thin oil.

Screened materials are evenly fed into the grinding chamber by a variable-frequency belt feeder. After grinding, airflow carries the powder to the classifier.
Off-spec particles return to the chamber for regrinding, while qualified powder enters the cyclone collector for separation and collection, then discharged as final products.
Air flows back to the fan to form a closed circulation loop. The system runs under negative pressure and is equipped with a pulse dust collector, fully complying with environmental emission standards.
