The grinding rollers are the core component of the MRN Pendulum Mill, which crush materials into powder of required fineness during operation. These rollers adopt an automatic thin oil lubrication system that runs synchronously to lubricate parts and dissipate heat effectively.
A shovel plate fitted under the rollers rotates together with them. It scoops and feeds materials into the grinding ring to form a stable material bed, which is then pulverized by the centrifugal force from the rotating rollers.
The mesh-structured roller hanger maintains good ventilation inside the grinding chamber. It improves material conveying and ultimately boosts the overall grinding efficiency of the mill.
