The team held repeated discussions, revisions and optimizations of the technical scheme with the customer. As the core main equipment of the project, SBM MTW European Trapezium Grinding Mill adopts multiple innovative technologies including integral bevel gear transmission, curved air duct and thin oil lubrication, effectively solving traditional pain points in the grinding process such as low efficiency, high energy consumption and uneven fineness. The equipment operates under negative pressure and fully enclosed conditions, with supporting pulse dust collectors preventing dust leakage, achieving a win-win result for both economic and environmental benefits.
Technical Features of MTW European Trapezium Grinding Mill
It adopts integral bevel gear transmission technology, featuring precise transmission ratio, low energy loss and high grinding efficiency. It can deliver a stable production capacity of 3–55 tons per hour, satisfying the continuous and large-scale production demands of phosphate fertilizer manufacturing.
Equipped with a variable-frequency controlled classifier, the fineness of finished products can be adjusted within the range of 80–325 mesh, ensuring uniform powder particle size and meeting the strict raw material fineness requirements of phosphate fertilizer production processes.
Both the main shaft transmission system and fan transmission system of the equipment adopt thin oil lubrication. Compared with traditional grease lubrication, it delivers lower lubrication resistance and lower operating temperature, effectively extending bearing service life.
It features a negative-pressure fully enclosed operation system and is fitted with pulse dust collectors. The dust emission concentration is lower than national environmental protection standards, which greatly reduces environmental pollution and complies with green production specifications.
It is equipped with a PLC automatic control system, which ensures easy operation and low failure rates. The mill can run continuously around the clock, reducing manual labor intensity and improving overall production efficiency.
Since the project was put into operation, the two grinding production lines have maintained stable working conditions, and the processing capacity of each individual line has fully met the design targets. Especially during peak agricultural seasons such as spring ploughing and autumn sowing when demand for agricultural materials surges, the lines can operate continuously at full load, providing solid support for the customer to seize key production windows and ensure adequate phosphate fertilizer market supply.
