After being processed and qualified in the crushing stage, materials are fed into the grinding chamber of the main machine uniformly, quantitatively and continuously via a variable-frequency belt feeder for grinding.
The ground materials are driven by the airflow from the fan and sent to the classifier for particle size grading. Under the action of the grading system, materials that do not meet the fineness standard return to the grinding chamber for re-grinding, while qualified powder flows with the airflow through pipelines into the cyclone collector for gas-solid separation and collection. The final powder is discharged through the discharge mechanism as finished product.
The separated airflow flows back to the fan through the return duct at the top of the cyclone collector, forming a closed-loop air circuit. The whole system operates under negative pressure and is equipped with a pulse dust collector, ensuring all emission indicators meet national environmental protection standards.
