On September 13, 2023, the launching ceremony of the seventh after-sales service tour was held grandly in SBM’s equipment exhibition hall which occupies over 10,000㎡ in total.
Every year, SBM dispatches service teams to customer sites to collect operation data and help solve problems. Through the after-sales service activity, SBM is dedicated to supplying customers with high-quality products and services.
This year, SBM’s after-sales service tour consists of 6 teams which will go to hundreds of project sites along 5 routes. Members of service teams will pay much attention on such aspects as equipment’s running conditions, the latest customer needs and spare parts supply.
We firmly believe that service is an extension of marketing. Good brands, high-quality products and complete and considerate services can create value for customers.
During the ceremony, the domestic market manager for grinding mills said: "I hope and require each team to strictly implement the service requirements during return visits, to effectively fulfill our responsibilities and to solve customer problems."

With the whistle blowing, cars are departing from SBM to customer sites, where our service members cannot wait to serve each and every customer. They will use practical actions to fulfill SBM's service commitments and continue to write marvelous service stories.
