Silica sand, also known as silica or quartz sand. Silica sand is refractory particles with quartz as the main mineral component and particle size of 0.020mm-3.350mm. It is divided into artificial silica sand and washed sand and scrub sand according to different mining and processing methods. Natural silica sand such as selected (flotation) sand. Silica sand is a hard, wear-resistant, chemically stable silicate mineral.
1. Broken: The bulk silicon mine is initially crushed by a jaw crusher, and then the produced
coarse material is transported by a belt conveyor to a cone crusher for secondary crushing;
2. Screening and sand making: The finely crushed silica enters the vibrating screen and
separates two kinds of stones, which meets the feeding sand particle size of the sand making
machine, and is cleaned by the sand washing machine to make the finished sand;
3. Re-grinding: Unqualified silica sand continues to be broken by the system until the finished
product is produced. The finished material needs to be dried by the dryer or naturally dried.
