Targeting the high hardness of coal gangue, wear-resistant optimized design is adopted for grinding rollers and grinding rings to guarantee long-term stable equipment operation and reduce downtime maintenance frequency.
Equipped with an efficient cage-type powder separator, it precisely controls finished product fineness and ensures uniform particle size distribution of 80-mesh powder, meeting the strict fineness standards for refractory material production.
Integral bevel gear transmission delivers high transmission efficiency. Meanwhile, optimized air duct curves cut system energy consumption significantly compared with conventional mills, enabling customers to achieve long-term low-cost operation.
The whole system operates under negative pressure. Combined with high-efficiency pulse dust collectors, it effectively prevents dust leakage, maintains a tidy production environment and complies with stringent environmental emission standards.
