Ethiopia is rich in limestone resources. This project adopts SBM SCM ultrafine mill as the core equipment to meet the growing demand for high-quality GCC powder in local and surrounding markets.
The finished product fineness can be flexibly adjusted between 325 mesh and 2500 mesh. With one‑pass grinding, the product can reach a fineness of d97 ≤ 5μm, meeting the stringent fineness requirements of various application fields.
There are no rolling bearings or screws in the grinding chamber, eliminating the hidden troubles of vulnerable bearing seals and machine damage caused by loose screws, thus ensuring high equipment reliability.
Under the same finished product fineness and power, the capacity of the SCM ultrafine grinding mill is 40% higher than that of jet mills and agitated mills, while the system energy consumption is only 30% of that of jet mills.
Equipped with a high-efficiency pulse dust collector and noise reduction device, the production process achieves dust-free and low-noise operation, fully complying with national environmental protection standards.
