The project adopts SBM SCM ultrafine mill as the core equipment. Through ultrafine processing of calcium carbonate raw materials, it stably produces high-quality calcium carbonate powder of 800 mesh, meeting the strong demand for fine fillers in Iran's local plastics, coatings, paper making and other industries.
The product fineness can be flexibly adjusted between 325 mesh and 2500 mesh, and the one‑pass grinding fineness can reach d97 ≤ 5 μm, meeting the stringent fineness requirements of various application fields.
There are no rolling bearings or screws in the grinding chamber, eliminating the hidden troubles of vulnerable bearing seals and loose screws that may damage the machine, ensuring high equipment reliability.
Under the same finished product fineness and power consumption, the capacity of the SCM ultrafine mill is 40% higher than that of jet mills and agitator mills, while the system energy consumption is only 30% of jet mills.
Equipped with high‑efficiency pulse dust collectors and noise reduction devices, the production process achieves dust‑free and low‑noise operation, fully complying with national environmental protection standards.
