It is the crude oil by distillation of light and heavy oil separation, heavy oil and then through the hot cracking process, converted into products, from the appearance point of view, coke for irregular shape, different sizes of black lumps or particles, metallic luster, coke particles with porous structure, the main element composition is carbon, accounting for 80wt% (WT is the meaning of weight percentage content) above, the rest for hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur and metal elements. Petroleum coke has its unique physical, chemical and mechanical properties, itself is the non-volatile carbon of the heating part, volatiles and mineral impurities (sulfur, metal compounds, water, ash, etc.) These indicators determine the chemical properties of coke.
Petcoke powder is processed by grinding. The production line is equipped with jaw crusher, cone crusher, Raymond mill, elevator, vibrating feeder, classifier and pipelines.
Crushing
Raw petcoke goes through two-stage crushing to separate useful components and prepare qualified feed.
Screening
Crushed material is screened to control particle size, protect the mill and improve product quality.
Grinding
Screened materials are conveyed to the silo, then fed into the Raymond mill for fine grinding.
Classification & Delivery
Ground powder is classified. Substandard material is re-ground, while qualified petcoke powder is sent to the finished silo and delivered by powder tankers.
