Raymond Mill

Raymond Mill

Silo

Secondly, the material will form a gas arch and it is difficult to cut the material. The silo should be equipped with a gas-assisted air cushion or a vibration motor. For maintenance and sealing, the silo port should be equipped with a pneumatic or manual valve. In order to smooth the material, the cone angle of the silo should not be greater than 60 degrees.

Feeder

Feeder: The vibrating feeder uses the eccentric mass in the vibrator to generate centrifugal force, so that the moving part of the sieve box, vibrator and the like can be forced into a continuous circular or nearly circular motion. The material is continuously thrown with the screen box on the inclined screen surface, and the material is continuously and uniformly sent to the receiving port.

Pulse dust collector

The coarse particles of dust in the gas flow directly into the ash bucket. When the tuyere is discharged and the dust-containing gas is purified through the filter bag, the dust accumulated on the filter bag increases with time, increasing the resistance of the filter bag, causing the treatment air volume to gradually decrease, for normal work, to be controlled. Resistance is within a certain range

Technological process

In main unit's working process, grinding roller device not only performs gyration by surrounding the central axis,but also performs revolution by surrounding the grinding ring. The grinding roller itself self- rotates by rubbing effect, the merit of which is that it can not only fully pulverize material, but also ensure uniform wear around grinding roller, increasing service life of grinding roller. perching knife, which is installed under grinding roller hanger, rotates with grinding roller at the same time. In this process, the perching knife throws up materials and feed them into grinding ring of grinding roller to form a padding layer. This padding layer is pulverized through outward centrifugal force generated by grinding roller(namely extrusion force between grinding roller and grinding ring)for the purpose of pulverization.

The existing material is introduced into the large silo by the existing sand cart, and the material is evenly fed into the Raymond mill by the automatic feeder, and the grinding powder and the grinding ring are ground by the mill, and the fine powder meets the fineness requirement. It enters the dust collector through the analysis machine, collects it in the dust collector, collects and stores it, and mentions it in the finished product warehouse through the hoist. The whole process belongs to the closed loop system and operates under negative pressure. It is equipped with a pulse dust collector to ensure the clean and tidy production site.

Early Raymond mills had some drawbacks on the product, such as:

1. The product has low fineness. The fineness of ordinary Raymond mill is generally below 500 mesh. These devices can only occupy the lower end powder application market.

2. High mechanical failure rate, high power consumption, high noise, and large pollution

3. The system efficiency is low, the separation effect of the product collection system is not ideal, and a large amount of fine powder can not be effectively collected and repeated in the system to cause power waste.

4. There are mistakes in the design of the main air box air duct. The larger particles entering the material in the grinding area and the particles that have been mined in the future are often thrown into the bellows and gathered at the tail of the volute, and continue to extend forward, so that the amount of over-wind is gradually reduced. Causes traffic jams, no powder or less powder, affecting production.
