Raymond mill is mainly composed of main machine, analysis machine, blower, finished cyclone, pipeline device, motor, etc., where the main machine is made up of frame, inlet volute, blade, grinding roller, grinding ring, casing and motor. The whole structure of Raymond Mill is composed of main engine, analysis machine, pipeline device, blower, and jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic feeder and electronic control motor which can be equipped according to user needs. After the material is pulverized to the required particle size, the material is sent to the storage hopper by the hoist, and then the material is uniformly and continuously fed into the main grinding chamber of the Raymond mill by the vibrating feeder. The centrifugal roller acts outward due to the centrifugal force during the rotation. Swinging, pressing against the grinding ring, the blade shovels the material and sends it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, which is crushed by the rolling of the grinding roller. In the grinding chamber, there is a certain amount of moisture in the material to be ground, heat is generated during grinding, water vapor is evaporated, and the pipelines of the whole machine are not tightly connected. The outside air is sucked in, so that the circulating air pressure is increased to ensure that the mill works under negative pressure. The increased air flow is discharged into the dust remover through the residual air duct, and is purified and discharged into the atmosphere.
